Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in a portfolio of equity investments that are tied economically to China (the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, referred to herein as "China" or "Greater China") or in issuers that participate in the markets of China. It may invest in the aggregate up to 20% of its Net Assets in investments in developed countries and emerging countries other than China, including non-investment grade fixed income securities. The fund is non-diversified.
