Summary
The investment seeks to provide investment results that match the performance of the CEMP Commodity Volatility Weighted Index before expenses. The fund invests up to 25% of its net assets (measured at the time of investment) in a wholly-owned and controlled subsidiary (the "Subsidiary") that will invest primarily in (long only) futures contracts related to the twenty most liquid commodities (such as oil, corn, or gold) by trading volume.
