The investment seeks total return. The fund invests under normal circumstances in commodity-linked derivative instruments backed by a portfolio of fixed income instruments. It invests in commodity-linked derivative instruments such as commodity-linked swaps, structured notes and futures contracts. The fund invests up to 25% of the fund's total assets in a wholly-owned subsidiary. It may invest up to 10% of its total assets in below investment grade fixed income securities. The fund is non-diversified.
