Fund Overview
The investment seeks long-term total return. The fund seeks to maintain substantial economic exposure to the performance of the commodities markets. It primarily gains exposure to the commodities markets by investing in a wholly-owned subsidiary of the fund organized as a company under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Subsidiary”). The fund seeks to provide exposure to the commodities markets and returns that correspond to the performance of the S&P GSCI® Commodity Index (“GSCI”) or other similar indices by investing, through the Subsidiary, in commodity-linked investments. It is non-diversified.
