The investment seeks to achieve current income, with capital appreciation as a secondary objective. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing in a portfolio of exchange traded funds ("ETFs"), equities, fixed income securities and futures contracts. It invests primarily in fixed income, equity and alternative (including commodity, currency, hedging and real estate) securities, with an emphasis on fixed income.
