The investment seeks current income and; secondarily, long term capital appreciation. The fund invests (except when maintaining a temporary defensive position) in a combination of (i) fixed income funds, and (ii) equity funds that utilize diverse investment styles, such as growth and/or value investing. It invests between 20% and 60% of its net assets in equity underlying funds and international equity exchange traded funds ("ETFs").
