Summary
The investment seeks a combination of capital appreciation and income. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest its assets in a combination of equity securities, fixed income instruments, forwards and derivatives. On average, it will seek to target approximately 35% equity-related exposure. However, the fund will normally adjust its overall equity exposure between 10% and 45% of its net assets. In addition, it will normally allocate another 65% to fixed income securities or instruments.
