It invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings) in convertible securities. The average term to maturity of the convertible securities purchased by the fund will typically range from two to ten years. The fund may invest up to 25% of its net assets in foreign securities, but generally will invest approximately 5% to 15% of net assets in foreign securities.
