Summary

The investment seeks to replicate the performance of the OMXBBGI, the Baltic Benchmark General Index, before expenses of the fund, by investing in the same stocks that comprise the index. The fund employs a "passive management" -or indexing -investment approach by investing all, or substantially all, of its assets in the common stocks included in the OMXBBGI Index. The index currently includes common stocks of thirty-one companies whose stocks are traded on the NASDAQ OMX stock exchanges in Riga, Tallinn, and Vilnius, which together are considered the Baltic exchanges. It is non-diversified.
