The investment seeks to provide long-term growth. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities of emerging market companies. There are no prescribed limits on the geographic distribution of the investments, and the fund may focus its investments in only a few countries. The fund will invest primarily in common stocks and may also invest in American Depository Receipts (ADRs) and other U.S. dollar and non-U.S. dollar denominated equity securities. It may invest in stocks of small, large, or mid-size companies. The fund is non-diversified.
