An "emerging markets" country includes: (i) any country having an economy or market that is considered by the International Monetary fund or World Bank to be developing; or (ii) is a recent (within 2 years) or current index member in the Morgan Stanley Capital International Emerging Markets Index (the "MSCI Emerging Markets Index"), the fund's benchmark.
