The securities chosen for inclusion in the fund are those that, in the opinion of the subadviser, are high quality companies that pay above average dividends, have above average dividend growth potential, strong balance sheets and cash flow and adhere to better corporate governance. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of issuers located in emerging markets countries; such issuers may be of any capitalization.
