Summary

The investment seeks to maximize total return (comprised of capital appreciation and income). The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in fixed income instruments of issuers that economically are tied to emerging markets. Investments will generally be made in U.S. dollar denominated instruments, but the fund will also seek to invest in emerging market local currency denominated instruments. The fund will invest in at least three countries, and at least 40% of its net assets will be invested in foreign securities. It may invest without limitation in high yield securities. The fund is non-diversified.
