The investment seeks total return from income and capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in securities of master limited partnerships ("MLPs") and MLP-related securities. It defines MLP-related securities as exchange-traded notes ("ETNs") and structured notes that derive their returns from a master limited partnership index.
