It seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets in MLP interests under normal circumstances. MLPs are publicly traded partnerships primarily engaged in the transportation, storage, processing, refining, marketing, exploration, production, and mining of minerals and natural resources. Under normal circumstances, the fund concentrates its investments in MLPs in the energy sector. The fund is non-diversified.
