Summary

The investment seeks to produce current income and capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in (i) energy-related U.S. royalty trusts and Canadian royalty trusts and exploration and production ("E&P") companies (collectively, "Energy Trusts"), (ii) E&P master limited partnerships ("MLPs") and (iii) securities of other companies based in North America that are principally engaged in activities in the energy sector ("Other Energy Companies", and together with Energy Trusts and MLPs, "Energy Companies"). It is non-diversified.
