Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities of companies which are engaged primarily in activities related to gold and various precious metals, including exploration, mining, development, fabrication, processing or distribution, in instruments that derive their value from the value of precious metals and in gold, silver, platinum and palladium in the form of bullion, coins and storage receipts. It may invest in U.S., Canadian and other foreign companies of any size, including small and mid capitalization companies, in order to achieve its objective. The fund is non-diversified.
