Summary

The investment seeks capital appreciation primarily through investment in equities of corporations domiciled in European countries. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities, including common stock and convertible securities, of companies located in Europe. The adviser currently expects that a majority of the fund's assets will be invested in equity securities of companies in Western European countries, but may also invest in emerging markets in Eastern European countries. The fund may invest in companies of any size.
