The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in securities of small-cap companies "principally engaged" in the business of providing financial services to consumers and industry. The adviser considers a small-cap company to be one that has a market capitalization of less than $3 billion, measured at the time of purchase. It may invest up to 20% of its net assets in companies with larger market capitalizations or companies outside of the financial services group of industries. The fund is non-diversified.
