Summary

The investment seeks maximum long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests in a portfolio of international equities that attempts to manage overall portfolio volatility. It normally invests primarily in non-U.S. equity securities, and will not allocate more than 50% of its net assets in companies within a single country. The fund ordinarily allocates its investments among a number of different countries, including those in the MSCI EAFE Index and normally invests at least 80% of its assets in non-U.S. securities. It normally focuses its non-U.S. investments in developed countries but may also invest in emerging markets securities.
