The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective through exposure to a broad and diverse group of securities of non-U.S. companies in countries with developed and emerging markets with a greater emphasis on small capitalization and value companies as compared to their representation in the Non-U.S. Universe. As a non-fundamental policy, under normal circumstances, the Portfolio will invest at least 80% of its net assets in non-U.S. equity securities and/or investments that provide exposure to non-U.S. securities.
