Summary

The investment seeks to replicate the returns and characteristics of an international index composed of securities from developed countries. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in securities listed in the MSCIĀ® Europe, Australasia, Far East (MSCI EAFE) Index. It intends to invest substantially all of its assets in securities of companies included in the index and close substitutes (such as index futures contracts) that are designed to track the index. The fund may invest 25% or more of assets in the securities of issuers having their principal business activities in the same industry if the index is also concentrated in such industry.
