Summary

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities held by MSCI EAFE NDTR D Index at the time of purchase. The index is a weighted equity index designed to measure the equity performance of developed markets, excluding the United States and Canada. The fund employs a passive investment approach designed to attempt to track the performance of the index. It invests in index futures and options and exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") on a daily basis to gain exposure to the index in an effort to minimize tracking error relative to the benchmark.
