Summary
The investment seeks capital appreciation. The Portfolio seeks investments that will increase in value. It normally invests at least 80% of its investable assets in stocks of companies in a diverse array of foreign countries. For purposes of this policy, the Portfolio will invest in stocks of companies that are organized under the laws of a foreign country, companies that derive more than 50% of their revenues from activities in foreign countries, and companies that have at least 50% of their assets located abroad. The Portfolio may invest in large-, mid- or small-capitalization companies.
