The investment seeks to provide long-term growth of capital through investments primarily in a diversified portfolio of equity and equity-related securities of foreign issuers. The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets in large-cap stocks domiciled in developed markets located outside North America, utilizing both active and passive investment strategies. Although it invests primarily in securities of issuers located in developed countries, the fund may invest up to 15% of its net assets in securities of issuers located in emerging markets.
