The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests predominantly in equity securities, primarily common stock, of mid- large-capitalization companies located outside the U.S., including developing or emerging market countries. It invests predominantly in securities listed or traded on recognized international markets in developed countries included in the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) Europe, Australasia, Far East (EAFE) Index.
