Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests predominantly in equity securities, primarily common stock, of mid- large-capitalization companies located outside the U.S., including developing or emerging market countries. It invests predominantly in securities listed or traded on recognized international markets in developed countries included in the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) Europe, Australasia, Far East (EAFE) Index. The fund may invest up to 20% of its net assets in emerging market countries. Mid- large-capitalization companies are generally companies with market capitalizations of greater than $2 billion.
