It normally invests in securities of issuers located in at least three different countries outside of the U.S. The fund may also invest up to 1.25 times the amount of the exposure to emerging markets countries in the MSCI ACWI ex USA Growth Index. The fund invests primarily in the securities of large-capitalization issuers; however, the fund may invest a significant amount of its net assets in the securities of mid-capitalization issuers.
