Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in common stocks and securities convertible into common stocks (collectively, "stocks") of issuers based in at least three different countries located outside the United States. It primarily invests in countries comprising the Morgan Stanley Capital International® Europe Australasia Far East Index ("MSCI EAFE Index"). The MSCI EAFE Index is comprised of equity securities of companies from various industrial sectors whose primary trading markets are located outside the United States.
