The investment seeks maximum long-term total return. The Portfolio will primarily invest in equity securities of companies that are organized, have a majority of their assets, or derive most of their operating income outside of the U.S., and which, in the opinion of Mondrian Investment Partners Limited, the Portfolio's sub-advisor (Sub-advisor), are undervalued at the time of purchase based on the rigorous fundamental analysis that the Sub-advisor employs. It will invest at least 40% of its total assets in securities of non-U.S. issuers. The fund may invest up to 30% of its net assets in securities of issuers in the commercial banking industry.
