The investment seeks to provide its shareholders with long-term total return. The fund primarily invests in the equity securities of mid- and large-capitalization companies located in Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, and throughout the rest of the world. Its investments will normally be tied economically to at least 10 different countries other than the U.S. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's assets will be invested in equity securities and related investments with similar economic characteristics.
