Summary

The investment seeks to provide above average capital appreciation over the long term while attempting to minimize the risk of capital loss. The fund invests primarily in equity securities of companies of all market capitalizations domiciled in jurisdictions outside of the United States. It invests in companies that the Adviser believes are high quality, financially strong businesses, the management teams of which build shareholder value over time. The fund does not expect to invest more than 35% of its assets in securities of companies domiciled in emerging markets. It may invest in American Depositary Receipts.
