The fund invests in securities of issuers located in at least three different countries outside of the U.S. It may invest up to 100% of its net assets in foreign securities. The fund may invest up to 20% of its net assets in securities of issuers located in emerging markets countries, i.e., those that are in the initial stages of their industrial cycles.
