The investment seeks total return. The fund invests primarily in equity securities of foreign companies with market capitalizations (at the time of investment) of at least $3 billion. It invests in equity securities of companies that trade in developed, emerging or developing markets. The fund seeks to achieve a total return greater than the MSCI EAFEĀ® Index. It will typically hold between 30 and 50 securities. The fund intends to have at all times a majority of assets invested in foreign companies, with significant investments in at least three countries outside the United States.
