The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 65% of total assets in a diversified portfolio of equity securities of companies located outside of the United States that the fund's sub-adviser considers to offer attractive valuations. It invests in a variety of countries throughout the world including emerging market countries and may, from time to time, invest more than 25% of its assets in any one country or group of countries. The fund normally invests a substantial portion of its assets in countries included in the MSCI EAFE Index.
