The adviser seeks to construct a widely diversified portfolio of small, medium and large capitalization stocks from a variety of industries and countries. It invests primarily in undervalued equity securities of foreign issuers, but also invests on a more limited basis in U.S. equity securities when opportunities appear attractive.
