The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The advisor pursues long-term growth of capital in the fund by investing primarily in equity securities (i.e., common stocks, depositary receipts, preferred stocks, convertible securities, rights and warrants) of companies in countries represented in the S&P® Developed ex-U.S. SmallCap Index, but may also invest in companies from other countries, including emerging market countries.
