Summary
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally will invest primarily in equity securities of companies that are small- to medium-sized at the time of purchase and are located in foreign developed countries and emerging market countries that have strong earnings prospects relative to their peers and attractive overall business fundamentals. It will generally not invest more than 50% of its net assets in issuers located in emerging markets. In addition, up to 10% of the fund's net assets may be held in cash or cash equivalents at the Investment Adviser's discretion.
