Summary

The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective through exposure to a broad portfolio of securities of non-U.S. companies, with a focus on small and mid-cap value companies, associated with countries with developed and emerging markets, which may include frontier markets (emerging market countries in an earlier stage of development). It will invest substantially all of its assets in the DFA International Small Cap Value Portfolio, the International Vector Equity Portfolio, the Dimensional Emerging Markets Value Fund and the Emerging Markets Small Cap Series (the "underlying funds").
