The investment seeks high total investment return through a combination of capital appreciation and current income. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities issued by real estate investment trusts and companies engaged in the real estate industry. It invests primarily in companies located in developed countries world-wide (including the United States), but may also invest in emerging markets. The fund will invest at least 40% of its assets in securities of issuers located outside the U.S. It will allocate its assets among at least three different countries (one of which may be the United States). The fund is non-diversified.
