It may invest in real estate companies of any market capitalization and in any geographic region. The fund may invest up to 20% of its net assets in securities issued by non-emerging market real estate companies. It may enter into forward foreign currency exchange contracts (forward contracts) and foreign currency futures contracts (foreign currency futures), as well as purchase put or call options on foreign currencies.
