Under normal market circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in the equity securities of U.S. and non-U.S. companies (with a primary emphasis on real estate investment trusts ("REITs") or REIT-like structures) that are "principally engaged" in the ownership, construction, management, financing, or sale of residential, commercial, or industrial real estate.
