The investment seeks primarily long-term capital appreciation, with current income, including interest and dividends from portfolio securities, as a secondary objective. Under normal circumstances, the Portfolio invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of Realty Companies, as well as certain synthetic instruments relating to Realty Companies. In addition, under normal market conditions it will invest significantly in Realty Companies organized or located outside the US or doing a substantial amount of business outside the US or securities of Realty Companies denominated in a foreign currency. The fund is non-diversified.
