Generally speaking, the "life sciences" relate to maintaining or improving quality of life. It normally invests at least 25% of its total assets in the "life sciences" sector, which may include companies in the following industry groups: health care; pharmaceuticals; agriculture; cosmetics/personal care; and biotechnology.
