Summary

The investment seeks high current income and, secondarily, total return (comprised of capital appreciation and income). The fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of higher yielding, lower-rated income producing debt instruments, including corporate obligations, floating rate loans and other debt obligations. It will invest at least 65%, and may invest up to 100%, of its assets in securities rated below investment grade by either Moody's Investors Service or Standard & Poor's Financial Services LLC or in unrated securities that the fund's Subadviser, Seix Investment Advisors LLC ("Seix" or the "Subadviser"), believes are of comparable quality.
