The investment seeks to provide investment results that correlate, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the high yield bond market. The fund seeks to gain exposure similar to the total return of the high yield bond market as represented by the global universe (excluding emerging market countries) of fixed rate, non-investment grade debt by investing in credit default swaps, high yield securities, futures and other financial instruments with economic characteristics comparable to that of the high yield bond market as represented by U.S. and Canadian high yield bonds. The fund is non-diversified.
