The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in financial instruments that in combination have economic characteristics similar to the U.S. and Canadian high yield bond markets and/or in high yield debt securities. It may invest in bond futures for the purpose of managing duration risk. The fund may invest in other fixed income securities and money market instruments. It is non-diversified.
