The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in equity and equity-linked securities of "Indian companies." It intends to invest in the equity securities of Indian companies by investing in shares of a wholly owned, collective investment vehicle (the "Portfolio"), registered with and regulated by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission.
