The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowing for investment purposes) in fixed-income securities indirectly through securities that invest in or are a derivative of fixed-income securities, including exchange-traded funds ("ETFs"), other closed-end and open-end investment companies and derivative securities. It may gain exposure to fixed-income securities by using futures contracts, forward contracts, options and swap agreements, and may invest up to 50% of its assets in short positions.
