Summary
The investment seeks to maximize current income, consistent with preservation of capital. The fund normally invests at least 90% of net assets in fixed-income securities rated investment grade or unrated securities that are determined by the Adviser to be of similar quality. Up to 10% of its net assets may be invested in securities rated below investment grade.
