The investment seeks to achieve capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of the value of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in a portfolio of domestic equity securities of companies with medium to large market capitalization. Medium and large market capitalization companies are those companies with market capitalizations generally greater than $2 billion at the time of purchase.
