The investment seeks to maximize capital appreciation over the long term without regard to income. The fund is a fund-of-funds and as such, under normal market conditions, the advisor seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in underlying funds that are exchange-traded funds ("ETFs"). The fund may also purchase, without limit, shares of international and global underlying funds and may invest up to 50% of net assets in underlying funds that invest in securities of companies in emerging markets. It typically maintains a core holding of core underlying funds.
